Vasavi Electronics offers Digital Turns Tester & LCRTZ Meter. This can measure inductance, capacitance, AC/DC resistance, impedance, and transformation ratio with winding polarity (TR JIG). It provides simultaneous indication of value and tan delta. It is ideal for testing capacitors with high resolution of tan delta and ESR. Optional RS232C port is provided for PC control with control software for multi-testing. Unbalance of inductance, capacitance, resistance and impedance can be measured.If the individual readings are R1 and R2 then unbalance = (R1-R2) x 100 (R1+R2). Turns tester attachments include: toroidal turns platforms, bobbin turns platforms and user friendly menu driven software.
