The Digital Spring Testing Machine is suitable for tension and compression springs. It is available in various models like 5kg to 250 kg single column, 500 kg double column and rack and pinion models. It has 1 ft scale (300mm) least count of 1mm with suitable pointer for compression/deflection/elongation measurement provided and rugged housing construction design. It also has suitable upper and lower compression plates for compression springs. The rack and pinion model is specially designed with an arrangement for production/quick testing of compression springs. The suitable mounting arrangement will be provided optionally for tension springs.
Options available:
- Elongation measurement: dial gauge with a least count of 0.01mm or digital vernier with a least count of 0.01mm can be provided
- Digital Encoder
