Digital Readouts For Band Resaw
Optional, electronic digital readouts for feedworks positioning are now available for the KerfSaver Model 361R band resaw. These optional digital readouts, which display position in thousandths of an inch, fractions of an inch or millimetres, allow the ma-chine user to quickly and accurately position the KerfSaver"s feedworks. Minute adjustments of the lumber thickness are now easily made. The XL KerfSaver is a 36" machine and features a 1-1/2 HP double band feed system. The feedworks may be set to accurately centre split lumber or to cut to a specific thickness (gauge resawing). The feedworks can be tilted to any angle from 0 degree to 45 degrees to accommodate bevel resawing. The standard feed speed is infinitely adjustable from 20-150 fpm.
