Nippon India offers a digital PID controller, NC Series. These consist of two fuzzy PID controller processors, with two individual outputs and non-volatile memory. Technical specification: multi range input (TC, RTD, mV), each 14 bit resolution; relay output, SSR driver, 4 to 20 mA changeable by a module; three-point alarm, with 19 alarm modes; self-diagnosis function; auto zero and auto span circuit keep good accuracy; voltage from AC 85V to 265V or DC 15 to 50V; data lock function; 2 patterns each 8 segments programming procedure to be ordered; input 2 can be used in remote SV; optional transmitter output; with output percentage control, if sensor broken controller automatically convert to manual operation to be controlled by heating power with output percentage; standard type with 1 ramp and 1 sock available; Mechanical character: working temperature - 10 to +50ºC; storage temperature - 10 to +70ºC; working humidity - 50 to +85% RH; control mode - On/Off sensitivity adjustable; P (proportional) - 0 to 200% adjustable; I (integral) - 0 to 3600 sec adjustable; D (derivative) - 0 to 900 sec, adjustable; fuzzy - 49 status considered; proportioning cycle time - 0 to150 sec adjustable (mA = 0, SSR = 1, RY>=10); and heater break alarm.
