Industrial Resources, authorised agent of Nitto Kohki, Japan, offers the Air Sonic range of high speed Die Grinders. These pneumatic die grinders are a class above the rest. Built-in silencer for quiet operation at 76 dba, rear exhaust, which cools the grip not allowing the burr to fly around and powerful motor, which does not stop even on full load are some of the unique salient features of these machines. Available in three models with speeds of (6 mm shank size) 27500 and 37500 RPM and (3 mm shank size) 56500 RPM, this allows a choice to select the most appropriate grinder for material removal, finishing and super finishing. These grinders work on 6 kg (85 PSI) air pressure and consume only 14 CFM, 12 CFM and 8.5 CFM for 25000, 35000 and 56500 RPM respectively. Smooth high speed rotation and low vibration enables precession grinding. AL-55 (3 mm shank size) with step less speed change from 0 to 56500 RPM meets a wide range of grinding applications. Wear resistant “Phenolic†resin blades and sealed bearings make these grinders virtually maintenance free. These are available in India against rupee payment from the company, an authorised agent. Spares and consumables are also available ex-stock.
