Diamond Segmented Circular Saw Blades have segments made from high grade diamonds and suitable bond matrix sintered in vacuum sintering press. The diamond segments are brazed onto steel blanks which are straightened and tensioned to give vibration free performance. Available in economy, standard and premium grades, these blades give high production rates, excellent sawn finish and long life. These saw blades are available in diameter ranging from 150mm to 2500mm and thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 20mm. These saws are used by the construction industry for cutting green, cured or old concrete or reinforced concrete under dry or wet cutting applications. Saws are designed with narrow and wide gullets. Protection segments are provided for abrasive conditions.
