Modern Diamond Tools offers tungsten carbide impregnated Diamond Dressers made using specially selected diamond grits set in tungsten carbide metal matrices by sintering and infiltration process under hydrogen atmosphere. These diamond dressers are widely used for dressing and truing of abrasive wheels in many industrial applications. Modern impregnated dressers prove excellent in performance till the end of the tool and show much economy over the use of single point diamond dressers. They are also less susceptible to damage compared to single point diamond dresser and can be used till the end without resetting. The grit size of the diamond to be used depends on the grit size of the abrasive wheel to be dressed. So it is important to specify the grit size of the abrasive wheel to be dressed while ordering to get the proper diamond grit size.
