Deep Throat Iron Workers & Punching Machines
Lansing hydraulic iron workers and Lansing punching machines are two new lines of fabricating machines, designed with multiple functions built-in and with one or two station operations, so that both ends of the machines are functional and independent of each other. The machines are constructed of high tensile strength steel and state-of-the hydraulic systems for smooth distortion-free operation. The standard work areas in the machines consist of a punching station that accepts large punch and dies up to 8" in diameter. The shearing stations that are standard consist of a round bar - square bar - flat bar - angle shearing both 90? and 45?, and Chennai shearing-notching station is standard. Optional features include Vee notcher, press brake, pipe punch and pipe notcher. These are available in tonnage capacities of 45-55-70-100-120-160. One of the outstanding features, of these new machines is the deep throat capacities where the standard depth of throat is 12" and the XD models carry a standard throat depth of 20". These machines are said to be modern in design, quiet in operation and economical in performance. Many special tooling accessories are available. The Lansing hydraulic punching machines are supplied in a range of tonnage capacities of 35-55-80-120-160-200 with the throat depths of 12" in the 35, 55 and 80-tonne machines-20" throat depth in all the machines and extra depth of 30" available on all machines.
