Eriez MBE India offers Deep Reach Magnets. It utilises two powerful deep field permanent magnets on each side of a chute to grab large tramp metal as it passes through the stainless steel housing. It is designed for products that would bridge in other separators. A centre deflector directs the product flow to the chute side for tramp collection. Two quick access doors are provided for cleaning. These are used for lumpy to fine products for installation on vertical pipe or chute. Product range includes permanent magnets, suspended electromagnets, magnetic separators for minerals processing, vibratory feeders and conveyors, metal detectors, magnetic automation and sampling equipment.
