Xian Henry Automation offers Dead Weight Testers, DTP3 Series. It is Digitalized Type. It is an improved dead weight tester integrated with a pressure transducer and digital read out of 0.05%FS. It features lower seated weight carrier for more stability, hardened tungsten carbide piston rod and cylinder, higher grade hydraulic fluid for better performance, motorized turning with non-step speed adjustment, and monitoring display of pressure, turning speed, working position, piston temperature, and timing. The pressure sensor is able to be self-calibrated and easily released. It offers additionally electric readings and 24 VDC output. Specifications: Range: 1-600 bar, or 1-1000 bar; Accuracy: 0.02%, 0.01%, 0.005%IR; Hydraulic fluid: Di-(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate; Continuation time: 30 minutes more at half load; Descending time: 0.05 to 0.1 mm/m at full load; Accuracy threshold: 50 mg; Pressure increment minimum: 10 bar and Power supply is 220V+/-10%.
