Micromatic Grinding Technologies offers Cylindrical Grinder, Junior J25. This is a compact machine available for straight plunge for grinding of small and medium sized components. The machine is ideally suited for large volume manufacturing of small parts like camshafts, drive shafts, small transmission shafts of small engines and electric motor shafts, etc., and offers a very cost effective solution to SMEs for their requirements of precision cylindrical grinding. Salient feature: CNC system 802D Siemens with 2-axis servo control; turcite guide ways for Z-axis; cross slides moves on highly sensitive and stick free Swiss made linear guide ways; auto lubricants for Z-axis and ball screw; effective guarding design makes it TPM friendly; machine can accommodate up to 55 mm wheel width; and compact machine. Specifications: swing over table - 200 mm; admit between centres - 250 mm; grinding wheel size (OD x ID x width) - 450 x 127 x 55; peripheral (surface) speed - 33 m/s; work head centre taper - MT4; and tailstock centre taper - MT3.
