Cylinders
Compact Air Products offers cylinders that are provided with hollow piston rods. Included are standard stocked varieties plus a variety of modified and custom types. Cylinder sizes range from 1/2"to 3"pistons and 12- to 44 mm pistons. Stocked strokes range from 1/4"to 2"and 10 to 50 mm. Rod material is 303 stainless steel with a hard chrome plated outside diameter. Vacuum, coolants, solvents, compressed air, or fluids can be passed. Motor spindles, other cylinder rods, sensors, wiring, or other devices can be put through the rod to allow for more space efficient, cleaner, and longer lasting designs.
