Cut to Length lines are designed with various configurations to suit varying needs of industries. Low cost lines for in house needs: widely used by end user of cut sheets who wish to install cut to length line in house for their own requirements. Such lines are low cost, low speed without hydraulic actuations and some times without loop. CNC servo controlled loop type cut to length lines: best suited for high speed output with high degree of length and diagonal accuracy. Widely accepted by service centres, rolling mills. The lines are having duty cycle of 16 to 24 hours. Flying die or rotary oscillating shearing lines: extremely high speed output range of 120 MPM to 200 MPM (300 ft/min to 650 ft/min). Miter cut lines: especially designed for transformer laminations cutting (E & I laminations). Hot rolled coil cut to length lines: normally designed without loop, this type lines for more sophistication are offered with flying shear and auto lowering stacker. Customised cut to length lines: are designed to suit customer’s stringent needs. Some times lines are combined with punching, notching, roll forming, folding operations. Fully automated cut to length line consists of hydraulic over hang decoiler, 4 high precision shape correction leveller with coarse leveller, CNC servo feed roll and high speed shear and with all material handling equipments like entry coil car with saddles, snubber roll and peeler table for new coil end threading, loop closing bridge, sheet conveyor, and auto lowering sheet stacker with 2 packet trolleys.
