Jai Gopal Engineering Works Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, manufactures a range of Cutting and Welding Blow Pipes as per IS: 7653. The range includes: cutting blow pipes; NM cutting blow pipes; HP cutting blow pipes; and LP cutting blow pipes. Materials used for manufacturing of high pressure welding blow pipes: forging brass; free cutting brass; PTFE; aluminium; SS springs; and copper, all materials conforming to IS specifications. Inspection: all tests are carried out as per IS: 7653. Flame adjustment: one can set the flame to neutral and carburizing and from carburizing to oxidizing and back to neutral without any back fire; it is possible to work in wind with wind speed of 0.3 m/min; no back fire, sustained back fire or flash back will be noticed during working; and the tips are marked with numbering system and fuel gas to be used.
