Cutting Machine For Tubes/Rounds/Components, Automatic
Metatech Industries has developed completely automatic cut off machine for various industrial applications. The maximum cutting capacity is 120 mm solid steel section. The machine has the following features: automatic hydro-pneumatic clamping; automatic cutting feed that is stable through the programmable logic controller; pulsating cutting where one can set the pulse of cutting for better wheel life and to protect burn on the cut section; large coolant delivery for fine finish and burn less cut; and material handling for feeding the stock. There is a DRO for setting the cut length from entire piece with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. The machine has a robust construction and can cut 120 mm solid, soft and even through hardened round material. Also, other specific cutting application can be served where such type of automation is expected. The machine is useful in cutting metallography sectioning also for the hardness up to 65 HRC to get burn less, low deformation, fine finish microscopic specimen preparation. Mat
