These lines take flat rolled steel or coiled steel, unroll it, levels and cut it to desired length sheet. These lines are also known as blanking lines, level lines and shear lines. Line Configuration

• Coil car: hydraulic/motorised
• De-coiler: Screw type/expandable, manual/hydraulic operated
• Pinch roll: With/without leveler unit, steel/PU coated, fixed speed/VFD controlled
• Feed roll: Steel/PU coated, servo/AC VFD/clutch-brake driven
• Shear: Electro-mechanical down cut shear
• Run out conveyor, Stacker/collection table on exit side.
