Current tester, model 2300r

Current tester, model 2300r

Model 2300R is a true RMS fork current tester for AC/DC current measurement up to 100 A without opening and closing the jaws. This pocket size handy tester is able to measure distorted waveforms using true RMS since waveforms are being internally calculated continuously. Hall elements are used as a sensor to detect DC current. It can be used in crowded connection boxes, where the cables are very short and space is too limited to clamp cables using with a traditional clamp meter. This instrument is a high function and high quality current tester. Model 2300R has additional feature of "non-contact" voltage, which indicates the presence of AC voltage by warning the user with an audible signal. Other features include Zero Adjust function, Auto Power Off and Data Hold facility. Some of the specifications in brief (range, measuring range, accuracy): current measurement range - AC 0 to 100.0 A ?2.0% rdg ?5 dgt (50/60 Hz); DC 0 to ?100.0 A ?2.0% rdg ?5 dgt; non contact voltage - detect AC voltage without contacting socket wire; during voltage detection "Hi" flashes and a buzzer sound intermittently; conductor size - max f10 mm; maximum digit - 1,049; safety standard - IEC 61010-1CAT.III 300 V; and pollution degree 2.
