This is a fully automatic form-fill-seal machine cup filler system for free flow granular products like: tea powder; fried snacks and savouries, spices, dry fruits, food products, grains, pulses, sugar, shampoo, oil, liquor, sauce, juice, medicine, lubricants, etc. Technical specifications: Model - SP-FFS-2004; range - 1 to 5 gm, 5 to 10 gm, 10-30 gm and 50-100 gm, or ml, depending on specific gravity of the material to be packed; average output - 15-20 bags or 60-70 bags depending on flow rate of the material to be packed; packaging material - any heat sealable laminated film such as polyester/poly paper/paper poly/met/foil/poly BOPP; style of pouch - three side seal; four side seal; centre seal as per customer requirement; filling system - injection syringe; volumetric cup filler; auger; and weigh-metric filler (this depends on the product); electric supply - 230 V, single phase, 50 Hz; net weight of the machine - 360 kg approx; and overall dimensions - 750 (L) x 560 (W) x 1750 (H) mm.
