Tool Tech Industries, a small-scale engineering unit, is engaged in the manufacturing of cutting tools, gauges, dies and various engineering components. TTI brand Cutters and Chasers are manufactured from imported AISI M15 high speed steel. These cutters are available in both RH and LH versions. Chasers are available in both 'U' and 'V' forms with required TPIs and angles. Optimum combination of microstructure, grain size and hardness are ensured in heat-treatment for durable performance. On specific demand, cutters/chasers are also made from AISI M-2/M-35/M-42 and others HSS grades of customers’ choice. Hardness of TTI – grade cutters/chasers is 65/67 HRC for M-15 and other grades of super-high speed steel; 64/66 HRC for M-2 and other grades of conventional high speed steel. Since its inception in 1996, the company has successfully been serving to many reputed industries for their growing needs of engineering items. It is particularly specialised in the manufacturing of HSS cutter, chasers, reamers, end mills, segmental saws, shearing blades as well as work-rolls/back-up-rolls.
