PCP Chemicals offers Counter-Rotating Double-Cut Saws, Model CDC 2530. It is a multipurpose back-up tool for conventional hydraulic-powered cutting equipment used for major accident and rescue work (buses, trains, aircraft, buildings). The single-speed synchronized electronics with new tip design for longer life and new blade geometry reduces tip loss by more than 90%. It features quick-change system for blade replacement in 30 seconds Specifications: 230 V, 2700 W, 50/ 60 Hz, 14 A, blade diameter 310 mm 1/2", quick-change system and 78 hard-metal tips. It is ideal for close-up work on thin-section materials. It offers smooth running and high blade stability and can be fitted with blades for cutting low-strength materials, such as bitumen, aluminium and lead (different coatings available). It offers recoil-free operation for cutting multi-structured material in confined spaces where high-performance cutting is required.
