Hari Machines offers a wide range of counter current mixer.
- The mixing tools rotate in counter clockwise direction within the clockwise rotating pan; the speed has been carefully selected to give the best possible mixing.
- Kneading rollers are mounted on swivelling drag pins attached to mixing star housing along with mixing scrapers.
- The scrapers are distributed so as to cover every square inch of working area with minimum tool overhang which ensures thorough and homogeneous mix; all moving parts of the machine are provided with anti-friction bearings with sealing arrangement.
- Lubrication points are easily accessible; special care has been taken to make the machine leak-proof for dust; motor is mounted on rail platform and hence opening is provided at top of the mixer for feeding of material
- Arrangements can be made at site for either manual or skip hoist arrangement of material feeding; quick and complete discharge is achieved by motorised central discharge system; optionally hydraulic activated discharge system is also available.
