- The machine is of robust construction
- The framing parts, viz., frame sides, back top rail, back bottom rail and front rail are made of alloy cast iron castings
- All rotating parts, viz., beater shaft, connecting rod, driving shaft, pusher crankshaft, leather ginning roller and jockey pulley are provided with ball and roller bearings
- Stripper roller and pusher legs are fitted with oilite bushes
- All the bearings are provided with proper lubrication system
- The design of the gin allows easy access for running adjustments.
