The machine is provided with motorized self-loading twin shaft reel stand with 3 unwinding shafts. Shaft less hydraulic reel stand is recommended for this machine. The machine is to be heated by steam, two preheating cylinders are provided with the machine. Features: single facer finger type/fingerless; bearing mounted; production design speed 40 mtr/min; reel stand self loading hydraulic; SS gum tray; rewinding attachment with 2 rewinding shafts; variable speed attachment with frequency drive; AC motor with starter; 3 numbers main heater and one pre-heater; and control panel to operate heaters.
