Jay Banas produces seamless copper and copper alloys, tubes, rods and bus bars made to exacting IS, BS, ASTM, DIN, JIS and other national and international standards. These are designed to meet the increasing domestic and global market demands from industries such as air conditioning, refrigeration, heat-exchanger, switchgear and transformers, where copper plays a vital role at function level of such plants. Products: copper – DHP, DLP, ETP grades; copper tubes; refrigeration tubes; brass tubes; heat exchanger tubes; and copper nickel tubes. Applications: air conditioning, gas and solar plants, condensers, heat exchangers, plumbing, switchgear and transformers, etc. Sizes and range: copper pipes and tubes sizes – 4.76 mm OD up to 75 mm OD, copper coils sizes – 4.76 mm OD up to 22.22 mm OD, and wall thickness – 0.4 mm minimum.
