Birla Kennametal offers Copiball for contour finishing and super finishing operations. They use High-speeds during the finishing operations. It can also impart high accuracies to the tune of ?10-20 microns. As there are two cutting edges to the inserts, which meet in centre and contribute constant face on the insert, it permits double feed as compared to single edge insert. The diameter range available is from 8 to 32 mm.
