Roshan Lal Jain & Sons offers Roljack brand Conveyors with bridge like strength. These assure long service life with good workmanship and provide maximum capacity for conveying material on incline or horizontal surfaces. Standard channel frame and lattice frames are available in various sizes, welded head and tail section are bolted to middle sections. Head and tail pulleys are wide faced, and turn on antifriction bearings. Other conveyor idler roller and accessories are for easy assembly. Drive to conveyor pulley is by motor with first `V' belt reduction and then by open gearing. Roljack offers not only conveyor belts but provides solution to all conveying problems. The conveyor belt can be rendered endless through vulcanising or use of fasteners. Joints being the weakest point of the belt require diligent and meticulous craftsmanship. The company provides proper degree from 15 to 20 degree with fine alignment. Open gear and reduction gear both can be installed as per requirements and specifications of customers. Roljack conveyor system can run non-stop, for conveying materials for long hours. The selection of conveyor belt for conveyor system is dependent on customer requirements, as the company provides graded conveyor belt (Grade M-24 or equal grade) nylon braided starting from 2 ply and up to 8/10 ply.
