Ami Industries offers Conveyorised Ovens. The company’s extensive design and manufacturing experience in specialised conveyorised ovens has resulted in the development of wide range of conveyorised ovens from 50 to 500°C. These ovens are constructed from MS angles, sheets and insulated with super quality glass/ceramic wool to minimise the heat loss. Air circulation is done by motor with blower on the top of the oven and it is fixed on a heavy-duty angle iron stand of suitable height with loading and unloading zones. Conveyorised ovens have several controlling zones and each zone has individual controlling system. The control panel consists of indicating lamps for phase indication, digital temperature controller, AC controller for speed controlling of conveyor, heater On/Off switch, fuses, etc. Designs vary according to the application. Applications: Teflon coating, paint baking, powder coating, PCB drying, chemical powder drying, varnish baking, electroplating, PVC coating, barrel/drum drying, bakery oven, wood drying, dehydration, yarn drying, etc.
