Premier Udyog, an ISO: 9001: 2000 certified company, is a manufacturer of a complete range of plate type Conveyor Belt Fasteners for domestic and exports markets. These fasteners are manufactured as per IS 10288: 1982 for joining rubber conveyor belts used in mining, cement, thermal and chemical plants, quarrying, road construction, stone crushing, etc. These belt fasteners are available in various ranges: conveyor belt fastener No. 1-1/2, No. 2, No. 2-1/2, No. 3; oval belt fasteners 3/8 x 11/2 and 3/8 x 2; and L-type mild steel knurling type fasteners. The company also manufactures special hand and garden tools and scaffolding spares for exports to various countries all over the world; and products like electric horns, clutch plates and other scooter parts for replacement market. The company has its own well-equipped tool room for developing in-house tools and dies as per drawings and specification of the customers with state-of-the-art production press shop, along with CAD and CAM designing facilities.
