Control Valves

Control Valves

The Transmission Control Valve is used in hydraulic transmission systems of dozers & dumpers to change the direction of oil flow to engage different clutches to achieve forward and reverse speeds. It consists of two valve body assemblies, one pressure control valve and the other speed control valve. These valve bodies are made up of gray iron castings. The spools are made up of medium carbon steel.

Steering Control Valve
This valve is used for changing the direction of oil flow to disengage the clutches of steering to disconnect the power to final drive. This is a two position directional valve to disengage or engage the power, either to LH side or RH side. It also consists of brake relief valve to control brake pressure. The valve body is made of gray iron castings and spools are made of induction hardened medium carbon steel.
