BAGkon is a control system of bag/pouch making machine in a customised programmed package with many desirable features. It offers up to 4 inputs (start signal, stop signal, batch reset, mark sensor, etc), up to 5 timer-based outputs (cutter, sealer, punch, alarm, batch, etc), up to 3 errors (mark sensor missing, over speed, temperature, etc), manual/fully auto functions of the machine, optionally analog input to synchronise with the main motor. Also facilitates additional inputs/outputs and timers for advanced customized solution, which is desired in a new climate of determined growth. Security of programmed parameters is ensured by latest E2PROM technology. It comprises of enhanced user-friendly membrane keypad programming for easy operator interface and 16 x 2 big LCD displays with 24-key membrane keypad. It offers 4-digit preset counters for batching and cutter and 6-digit totaliser to count total number of bags. It offers programmable features like missing mark counter, offset, mark sensor On/Off, timers, length, speed, start proximity On/Off, cycle delay, selective display of speed of the machine in number of bags per minute, forward/backward inching and individual output On/Off from MMI, etc. It is designed to enhance both quality and productivity of a plastic bag making machine.
