The Continuous Band Sealer has the following features: sealing band design: diamond; sealing width: 15 mm maximum; speed of machine: > 10 meters/minute; pouch feeding speed will depend upon the skill of the operator; variable speed controller; temperature controller: analogue; height of pouch: for sealing of 100 mm to 300 mm long pouches it is adjustable; two in one i.e. horizontal or vertical can be converted in to just 5 minutes; construction: powder coated ms body; colour: green and Siemens grey glossy finish; extra spares & consumables: motor driver PCB, Teflon belts 5 pairs & rubber pulley; date and batch code set, drive belt one pair, screw driver & two spanners; and nitrogen gas flushing: optional.
