Console Cabinets, CS Series, are perfectly styled to suit the industrial environment and to house hi-tech automation controls. Although there are some standard versions, tailored made consoles can be manufactured as per customers’ specifications. Sturdy design and ribbed profile gives protection against ingress of water and dust. These console cabinets come in variants like plain screw-on cover or hinged door in the front and an optional electroplated/powder coated mounting plate inside. The IP 55 variants come with special gaskets to give the required protection. Supply includes: main enclosure body, mounting plate and doors with gasket and required hardware.
Materials of construction:
- Main enclosure body: Sheet steel 1.5 mm
- Door: Sheet steel 2 mm
- Mounting plate: Sheet steel 2.5-3 mm
- Surface finish: The entire cabinet is powder coated to RAL 7032 structure finish after undergoing 11 tank pre-treatment consisting of hot cleaning hot phosphating and hot passivation followed by oven baking for excellent durability, finish and corrosion resistance
- Equipment mounting plate is powder coated to RAL 2000 plain finish
- IP protection: IP 55
