Unisteel Engineering Works specialises in Concrete Conveyor Machines. This is a type of conveyor that is widely used in bridge paving and flat slab paving and canal. This RC conveyor machine places the concrete in front of paver finisher with the support of diverter car. The travel speed of this diverter car can be controlled directly from the operator’s station.
- It can spread in a width from 3 m to 19 m
- Conveyor belt unit used alternatively for bed as well as slope position, with minor alteration in the pin connected bolted structure
- High production capability will spread up to 55 cu.mt per hour with constant concrete supply and suitable site condition
- Conveyor with standard flange wheel runs on rail, travel speed of each end is controlled separately – this negotiates the curves easily
- Special charging hopper to permit feeding of concrete by transit mixer
- The conveyor can also run bank to bank on smaller canal with suitable chute to place concrete from the canal height
