Composite Hoses

Ani Associates offers composite hoses suitable for conveyance of hazardous liquids where PVC hoses are not suitable, rubber hoses are too heavy and bulky, SS hoses are impractical, PTFE hoses are too expensive, and diameters of the required hoses are big, they should be pressure resistant, solvent, acid, chemical, aromatic resistant, abrasion resistant, UV ozone sunlight resistant, temperature resistant and yet durable, rugged, lightweight, long lasting with ease of handling and still flexible. They are manufactured from coated/galvanized mild steel, SS 316, SS 316L inner steel helices with layers of polypropylene, polyester, PTFE, polychloroprene, polyvinylchloride, polyethylene films and fabrics and again covered with similar steel helices. These come with special fittings crimped on to the hoses and the ends as per customers' specifications. Hoses are available in different grades like chemical, oil, marine, PTFE, food, vapour and high temperature. They find applications mainly in tanker loading/unloading, suction, discharge, offshore applications, phosphoric acid and other corrosive chemical conveyance. The sizes range from 3/4"to 8"inner diameter.
