Complete Quality Control During Production
The PMS system offered by Nics GmbH supports automatic quality control of parts of varying shapes and sizes. It can be configured to suit specific customer needs and is able to check several parts per second regardless of their position. It simultaneously measures any kind of geometric parameter. Key components are a universal compartment, an industrial PC loaded with Nics application software, a conveyor belt with integrated lighting system, and an application-specific camera system.
