They are formulated from carefully selected, highly refined virgin paraffinic base stocks enhanced with unique additive packages. Dasco-Quench LBA 15 is a general-purpose, high-quality cold quenching oil designed to provide optimum hardness and minimal distortion of quenched parts. Product details: metals – various low- and high-hardenability alloys; processes – requiring the highest cooling rates in order to achieve complete transformation to martensite; a very high-speed cold quenching oil; and for fast quenching at bath temperatures between 120-180°F.
