The traditionally designed 4-column hydraulic presses with reinforced steel structure are made for cold forging precision auto/industrial components in mass production with minimum rejection and maximum tool life through minimum deflection, optimum hydraulic circuit design and integrated control of manufacturing processes. Standard H-Frame type presses feature: extra deep slide construction to provide extra rigidity and longer endurance capacity for increased resistance to deflect and off-centre loads; eight point oil lubed gib system ensures longer life; and provide accurate guiding of the moving platen/side with extra stability to resist any deflection under different load condition.
