Finding use in the auto industry where large steel coils are slit to be turned into stamped body parts, and other peripherals, the coil slitting machine is capable of handling coil weight up to 30-tonne. Coil width up to 2000 mm, and coil strip thickness up to 8 mm. Armed with duly heat treated and ground slitting cutters and spacers, the machine has rubber lined spacers for smoother edges, which reduce the tear area of the slit strips.
