Divine coil processing lines have wide presence in India as well as Dubai (UAE), Scotland (UK), Turkey, Spain, Syria, Cyprus, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Iran, Bahrain and other countries. Slitting lines are designed in various configurations, single loop slitting line suitable for cold rolled coils in thickness range of 0.5 to 3 mm to ensure multi slits camber free cutting, and double loop lines to process very thin material, in thickness range of 0.05 to 0.40 mm. These lines are most suitable for surface sensitive materials like CRGO, copper, brass, aluminium coils, pull thru lines to process hot rolled coils in thickness range of 4 to 12 mm. Edge trimming lines are designed as coil to coil or, as individual units. Only edge trimmer and scrap winder are offered as inline equipment to customer’s line; and combination line like slitting and cut to length or multi blanking lines are offered to meet specific need to customer.
