Macpower Industries offers CNC Turning Centres, Speed LX- 200. It is made out of graded casting and stress relived. It uses cartridge type spindle to achieve repetitive accuracy and long term rigidity. Its speed is up to 3500 RPM. Its guideways are provided with linear motion guides. Its tail stock is also provided with a live centre. Its turret is 8 station bi-directional electro mechanical type. Its is totally designed and analysed on CAD software for various types of stresses, vibration and thermal distortion. Its guarding is made from 2 mm thick sheet metal with aesthetic and agronomics consideration.
