Askar Microns (P) Ltd manufactures Spinner Series of CNC lathes. The product range consists of Spinner.Com, Spinner 10/15 and Spinner 20/22. Spinner 10/15 Classik is ideally suited to machine light and medium jobs varying from100 to 250 mm dia jobs suitable for both two wheeler and four wheeler component machining. The machine is offered with spindle up to 4000 RPM and axes movement up to 24 m/min rapid speed. The two versions, ie, Spinner 10 and Spinner 15 are two variants. Spinner 10 is provided with A2 6" spindle and bore through spindle of 40 mm and 80 mm front bearing size. Spinner 15 is provided with A2 6" and bore through spindle of 56 mm and 100 mm front bearing size. Spinner 10 as standard comes with 7 kW spindle and optionally 9 kW spindle power. Spinner15 as standard comes with 9 kW spindle power and optionally 11 kW spindle power is available. The machine is built with single piece casting body for high rigidity. The machine is provided with linear motion guide ways and C3 class ball screws as standard. This ensures high accuracy and frictionless motion to the axes. This results in machining accuracy to the tune of 5 micron and repeatability up to 2 microns. With the above combination the customer gets the benefit of having wide choice of machine specification to choose and can procure machines which meets their specific requirements.
