The Clear Text Display SAX-TI6 can be effectively used in any process/manufacturing industry to alert the operators, have them acknowledge machine faults and I help them in fault diagnostics. Consisting of a 2-line x 20-character fluorescent display, SAX-T 1 6 can store 370 twenty-character messages (expandable to 740) or 185 forty-character messages (expandable to 370). The messages/alan-ns can be activated through digital signals (potential-free contact/24 V DC) activated by any PLC in BCD/Binary format or by directly connected inputs. Alarms are defmed through an easy to use software package which runs on any IBM PC compatible. Real-time clock and built-in audible alartn are other features of the system. Using the membrane keys provided on the front of the unit, alan-ns can be acknowledged, real-time can be set and the past 200 alarms and configured messages can be seen.
