Mohindra Precision Tools offers Circular Thread Rolls. It is used for precision and production thread rolling of all types of industrial, automotive, structural and other fasteners and components. It is made from selected grade of cold work tools steel, which is machined, heat-treated and thread grinded in-house using high quality machinery, and equipment. It is made in two qualities, viz., regular quality which is an economical standard quality useful for rolling general material fasteners/ components and premium quality for rolling of tough to roll materials such as high tensile, stainless, and hardened (up to 32 HRC) fasteners/ components. It is offered for all thread standards, viz., metrics, unifieds, British and Acme in both in feed and through-feed types. It is made for diameter up to 300 mm and width 300 mm. Roll tapered fasteners are also made.
