Zither Sales Corporation, situated in Punjab, manufactures a range of manually operated self-centering chucks for use on conventional machines. These are available in alloyed high strength cast iron bodies or steel bodies (for high rotational speeds). Chucks with accuracy adjustment, Models AAC 3 and AAC 6, are available in size range 100 mm to 250 mm. These chucks are available in 3 jaw and 6 jaw varieties and are generally used where same size job is to be held repeatedly and accuracy required is very high. The chuck can be adjusted with the help of micro adjustment screws so that the job becomes true. The repetitive accuracy given by these chucks is within 0.013 mm. One set of reverse jaw is supplied with each chuck.
