Chemical Bubblers and Sublimation Equipment range in size from 250 mL to over 57 Litres in volume and feature standard U.S. sizes as well as metric and JIS diameters. These offer both welded pressurised canisters that are available DOT 4-B Certified and bolted-top equipment for complete versatility. The most complete list of accessories are also available from ARC Process, including Fill Ports, Dip Tubes, Level Sensors, Thermowells, View Ports, Heaters, Polarised Fittings, Custom Valve Configurations, Laser-Etched Logos, and Stability Bases.
ARC Process equipment and components are available in Stainless Steel and Hastelloy, as well as other alloys and are manufactured to stringent SEMI™ specifications. All units pass a minimum Helium Leak Test and Hydrostatic Pressure Test with Material Certificates and Test Reports provided at no charge. Standard finishes include 10 Ra Electropolished ID surfaces and 32Ra / Satin finished OD Surfaces.
