Mikrotech Check Master is a versatile, highly sensitive, bi-directional precision measuring instrument, suitable for both low and high volume production gauging. The equipment is designed to check both internal and external parameters, by comparison method. The versatility of the measuring features offered by this instrument makes it most valuable when there is a need for readily available gauging setup under different production setups. The use of multi-dimensional setups on this instrument provides fast measurement of more than one dimension and hence cuts down inspection time. The Check Master consists of a ground and hardened cast iron base and a floating table which floats on a pair of leaf springs. The displacement of the floating table is indicated on the dial indicator connected to the floating table. The instrument can be set to check either internal dimension or external dimension with the help of an actuating lever. The quick release knob facilitates fast loading and unloading of components on the anvils. The equipment can be used for checking gear composite error, bush concentricity, outside and inside diameters.
