Chain Lift, Easy-To-Control – MechChain
Nexus Pneumatics offers a range of material handling systems from Movomech AB of Sweden. The simplification of complex handling processes through flexible, intelligent, ergonomic and cost effective solutions is the cornerstone of Movomech operations. Mechchain is an easy-to-control chain hoist with great manoeuvring capabilities, which is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter for a stepless lifting speed. It is more flexible than a standard hoist and suitable when a very well-controlled and precise movement is desired. Mechchain is available in the load capacities 63, 80 and 125 kg, and also in an outbalanced version. Standard lift stroke is 3 meters, but Mechchain can also be delivered with a lift stroke of up to 7 metres. Typical applications for Mechchain is for example general lift handling with strap or hook, lift within the general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lift with gripper tools for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder bands or roller conveyors, and much more.
