In their electric motor and mono-block pump set series Rajkot-based P M Diesel Limited has recently launched centrifugal pumps with an ex-factory price range of Rs 3,000. These belt driven pumps of single or double pulley model at various speeds with a static suction lift of 6.0 metres are offered under the brand name "Fieldmarshal". Shaft of the pump is made of carbon steel and accurately machined. Base plate is made of close-grained cast iron and accurately machined for better alignment. Features: Hard casing made of close-grained cast iron withstands extreme working conditions Impeller made of high-grade cast iron Smooth cast surface accurately machined and balanced for better efficiency Stuffing box with liberal depth ensuring better sealing and higher suction lift Direction of rotation of the pump is marked on the pump casing Heavy-duty ball bearings with grease cups for refilling
