Span Met Tech Enterprises offers core shooters for shell/hot box process for horizontally parted core boxes, Model VCS 400HP. These machines are suitable for cores like cylinder head water jackets, crank case water jackets, impellers, slab cores, stack moulds, etc. The machines are of robust construction. The sand magazine is travelling type moving on square guide rails. Shoot head is water cooled. A large blow tank with fast action blow valve is provided. This gives dense cores with smooth surface finish. Top ejection plate is travelling type. The bolster is of large dimensions. Loose piece pull out can be provided on bolster. Fork type core unloader is provided. The panel has programmable logic controller with full auto cycle control. Manual override is provided.
