R D Pollution Controls manufactures Centrifugal Fans for larger volumes with higher static pressures. These fans are offered with different efficiencies to cater various requirements of industry such as heavy dust loading, corrosion, erosion, flue gas handling, ventilation, trim and pneumatic conveying. Different impellers are designed with profiles of paddle, backward curve, backward inclined, radial, radial open and forward curve as per the service conditions of application. The fans can be made in SISW or DIDW arrangement as suitable to the space requirements. Sixteen outlet orientations and arrangements are available as per the specifications of AMCA/ASHRAE. The company makes all these fans with heavy gauge materials to withstand severe operative conditions. Heavy-duty roller bearings are used for high temperature applications. The fans are offered as ID fans, FD fans and SA fans for boilers and incinerators separately or along with other filtration equipment such as bag filters, scrubbers and cyclone separators. Kitchen exhaust fans are supplied to several hotels and industrial canteens along with kitchen hoods. The fan range available is right from 250 m³/hr and up to 2,50,000 m³/hr with pressures up to 1500 mm WG. The company also makes entire dust collection systems, ventilation systems and pneumatic conveying systems along with centrifugal fans.
